Computer Data Services, LLC (CDS) was originally formed in 1985 as an IT Consulting firm providing personalized and small business services in the areas of tax preparation and customized computer programming. By 1989, the company began to offer a complete, one-stop solution to small and mid-sized businesses through the sales and service of computer systems, peripheral equipment, networking services and application software. In 1992, CDS again expanded service offerings to include voice processing solutions.
Today, CDS is recognized as a leader in Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions. We offer our clients a sophisticated solution for scheduling appointments and conveying information to callers for a variety of programs. We also have live operators in our offices in Cleveland Ohio and Charlotte North Carolina who provide efficient, professional customer service for all calls not processed through the IVR.
CDS has ample experience in providing call center/customer service support to clients for a variety of programs and in several locations. Many of our clients are non-profits and Community Action Agencies that use our service to support the execution of their Energy Assistance programs (HEAP, EHEAP, and LIHEAP). We also provide information and schedule appointments for the Energy Conservation and Weatherization Program. Our operators are the first point of contact for all customers who call these agencies in need of help or information related to the programs. Our automated IVR service provides
program information, eligibility requirements and documentation needs.
