CDS’s IVR program has helped to cut down on the amount of phone calls we receive from clients trying to verify appointment dates and times. It has also helped us keep more accurate appointment records. We used to hire 5 people each season to manually schedule appointments for each center. 24-hour scheduling is convenient for those who work or do not have ready access to a telephone during the day. We would definitely recommend this service to other agencies.
