The RTC has been a client of CDS since 2013.  In that time the CDS team has helped us drastically reduce hold times for our customers.  In addition they have worked with us to come up with solutions to both improve customer service and even offered cost savings measure to our contract.  They are responsive and adaptable to our needs.  Most recently they have assisted the RTC during the Covid-19 pandemic by maintaining service levels at reduced costs.
